Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") regulate the service relationship between DoğruHost ("Service Provider") and the natural or legal person using DoğruHost services ("Customer").

By registering, placing an order, or using DoğruHost services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.

DoğruHost reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website.

2. Scope of Services

DoğruHost provides the following services: Web hosting, VPS servers, VDS servers, dedicated servers, colocation, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, IP rental (IPv4/IPv6) and related additional services.

Technical specifications, pricing and details of each service are specified on the relevant service page and during ordering. The scope of service may vary according to the selected package and plan.

DoğruHost reserves the right to continuously improve, update or modify its services. Significant changes to services will be communicated to customers within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Account Creation and Security

You need to create an account with valid and accurate information to benefit from the services. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password and all activities performed through your account. You must immediately notify DoğruHost if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

DoğruHost reserves the right to suspend or close your account in cases of suspected security breach, contract violation, or legal obligation.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are invoiced at the price specified during ordering. Unless stated as VAT inclusive, the applicable VAT rate is added to the price.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods accepted by DoğruHost.

For services with auto-renewal enabled, you will be notified before the end of the period and the new period fee will be automatically charged. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

In case of non-payment or delay, DoğruHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service. Data in suspended accounts is retained for a certain period; data may be deleted after this period.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

DoğruHost offers a 15-day money-back guarantee on certain services for new customers. Refund conditions may vary by service type.

Domain registration and transfer services, SSL certificates, and third-party licenses are excluded from the refund scope.

Cancellation requests can be made through your customer panel or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After refund requests are approved, refunds are processed to your payment method within 3-5 business days.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using DoğruHost services:

Sending spam emails or distributing bulk unsolicited messages.

Hosting or distributing malicious software (malware, viruses, trojans, etc.).

Conducting DDoS attacks or facilitating such attacks.

Copyright infringement, hosting or distributing pirated content.

Hosting illegal content (child exploitation material, terrorist propaganda, etc.).

Creating or hosting phishing websites.

Excessive resource usage that negatively affects other users' services.

Using server resources for cryptocurrency mining (unless authorized).

Any activity that violates Turkish laws or international law.

In case of violation of these rules, DoğruHost reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the service without any refund.

7. Resource Usage and Limitations

Each service package is limited to specific CPU, RAM, disk space, and bandwidth resources. These limits are specified in the technical specifications of your service package.

In shared hosting services, fair sharing of server resources is essential. DoğruHost reserves the right to intervene if a single account excessively uses server resources and negatively affects other users.

In case of resource overuse, DoğruHost may suggest upgrading to a higher package or temporarily restrict resources.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

DoğruHost offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee for server and network infrastructure. This guarantee is valid except for planned maintenance and force majeure events.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible and scheduled during low-traffic hours.

In case of SLA violation, service credit may be provided for the affected period. Credit requests must be made within 7 days of the outage date.

9. Backup and Data Responsibility

DoğruHost provides periodic backup services for certain services. However, these backups are an additional security measure and do not constitute a guarantee against data loss.

The customer is ultimately responsible for regularly backing up their own data. It is strongly recommended that you take local or external backups of your important data.

In case of data loss, DoğruHost will make reasonable efforts to restore from available backups; however, it does not accept liability for damages arising from data loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, and software on the DoğruHost website are the intellectual property of DoğruHost and are protected by copyright.

The customer owns the intellectual property rights of their own content hosted on DoğruHost services and is responsible for the legality of such content.

11. Limitation of Liability

DoğruHost provides its services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties (except as required by law).

DoğruHost cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, business loss, or reputation loss.

DoğruHost's total liability under any claim cannot exceed the total amount paid for the service in question in the last 12 months.

DoğruHost cannot be held responsible for outages or disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, legal regulations, internet infrastructure failures, etc.).

12. Termination of Agreement

The customer may terminate the agreement at any time by canceling their services. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.

DoğruHost may immediately terminate the agreement due to violation of terms of use, non-payment, or illegal activities.

In case of agreement termination, the customer is given a reasonable period to download their data (except in urgent security situations). Data may be deleted after this period.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

In case of disputes between the parties, reconciliation is first attempted. If reconciliation cannot be achieved, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
