Refund Period and Scope
If you are not satisfied with the web hosting services provided by Doğru Host within 3 (three) days following the initial purchase, you may cancel the service through your customer panel and request a refund.
For the refund request to be valid, the cancellation must be performed by the user through the customer panel.
Services Excluded from Refund Guarantee
The refund guarantee applies only to web hosting services. The following services are excluded from the refund scope and no cancellation or refund is available:
• Domain registration and transfer transactions • VPS / VDS services • Dedicated server services • SSL certificates • Co-location services • Licensing services • Software and similar digital services
Due to the nature of these services, the right to refund expires upon completion of the order or activation of the service.
Refund Process
Refunds for approved refund requests are processed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days following the acceptance of the request, taking into account the payment method used. Doğru Host is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment institutions.
Cases Where Refund Guarantee is Invalid
The refund guarantee is not valid in the following cases:
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of the service agreement • Services that violate terms of use • Abuse, spam, illegal activities or actions that jeopardize system security
First Service Condition
Each user may only request a refund for the first service purchased from Doğru Host. Users who have previously purchased any service from Doğru Host are not eligible for the refund guarantee on subsequent purchases.
For example; a user who has had a previously active or inactive service from Doğru Host is not covered by these refund terms for their second or subsequent service purchases.
